Social Media Manager

Role overview:
As Social Media Manager, you take charge of the day-to-day management of a series of client accounts. These currently range across a variety of industries, including Food and Beverage, Travel and Leisure, Home, Electronics, and more.
You’re responsible for ensuring your team are creating and executing social content that is in line with the brand, the strategy, and any campaigns, providing direction as necessary. Beyond this, you also lead in the development of what we do for your clients and the development of your team members.
You know the social landscape like the back of your hand, and have a genuine passion for creating next-level social content. You always champion social best practice internally and with clients, influencing the development of content, defending and challenging work if needed, to deliver outstanding results.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading on the day-to-day running of a social media accounts portfolio
- Creating engaging, original content across IG, TT, FB, LI, X and more
- Coming up with compelling social-first ideas, and presenting back to the client
- Briefing Creative teams, or leading the direction of an in-house shoot
- Line managing juniors, inc. briefing, peer review, 121s etc.

- Experience growing and running social accounts for brands
- Initiative to problem-solve and think on your feet
- Confident in managing workload of self (and others)
- Strong commercial understanding
- Track record of excellent client rapport
- An eye for high-quality social content creation and insightful reporting
