Full-time • Salary depending on experience + 9-Day Fortnight Option
We’re Ponderosa – a Leeds-based, integrated marketing agency that blends strategic thinking, bold creativity, and digital know-how to make Better Work.
We build brands, launch campaigns, craft content, and create digital experiences that drive results. From social and performance to brand strategy and eCommerce, our team works together across disciplines to deliver work that not only looks good – it works hard too.
Ponderosa is part of the Audience Collective, a group of specialist agencies connected by a shared belief that different perspectives create better outcomes. That means we bring deep expertise, cross-agency collaboration, and a big-picture view to every project.
We’re proud of our down-to-earth, open culture – where curiosity is encouraged, development is supported, and people enjoy working together.
The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Executive to join our Social & Influencer team. You’ll support the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns – from sourcing and briefing talent, to managing content, tracking performance and reporting results.
Working closely with our Influencer Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing influencer strategies across multiple clients, sectors and platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
This is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience in influencer marketing and gain exposure to both creators and brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Talent sourcing and campaign setup – identifying and vetting influencers, building outreach lists, and keeping trackers and campaign documentation up to date.
- Briefing and coordination – preparing and sharing briefs, managing comms with influencers and agents, and ensuring deliverables stay on time and on budget.
- Content and compliance – reviewing influencer content, checking brand guidelines are met, and monitoring live posts for tagging, links and approvals.
- Contracts and reporting – gathering rates, supporting agreements, and helping pull together campaign results, wrap reports and case studies.
- Collaboration and creativity – contributing to brainstorms, sharing new trends and talent with the team, and helping build strong relationships across the creator space.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for influencer marketing, social media and creator culture.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and how influencers show up on each.
- Some previous experience in influencer work, marketing or brand-facing roles (internship or entry-level).
- Highly organised and reliable, with the ability to manage deadlines and keep projects on track.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented: confident reviewing influencer content for brand fit, accuracy and compliance.
- A collaborative team player who’s keen to support and learn from others.
- Confident using, or ready to learn, influencer tools such as Sprout Social and TikTok Creator Marketplace.
- Curious, creative and proactive – always spotting trends and suggesting ways to improve.
