We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Account Executive to join our growing client services team at Adgen.

What you’ll do
Client service & support
- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and requests
- Prepare meeting materials including reports, presentations, and contact notes
- Build trusted client relationships through timely and professional service
Campaign coordination
- Support the planning, booking, and monitoring of media campaigns across multiple channels
- Liaise with media owners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of bookings, POs, assets, and campaign materials
- Attend training and media owner sessions to build media channel knowledge
- Monitor live campaigns, supporting optimisation and escalating issues where needed
Reporting & analysis
- Compile regular campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis
- Use media tools and platforms to gather data and insights
- Ensure reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on time
Administrative support
- Maintain campaign trackers, schedules, and internal systems
- Support with budgeting, invoicing, and financial approvals
- Prepare client decks, plans, and documentation
- Keep timesheets up to date and accurate
What we’re looking for
- Some experience in a similar role (agency, marketing placement, or relevant client-side)
- A natural organiser with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence juggling multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn about media strategy, analysis, and campaign performance
- Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering value to clients
