The Role
The Account Manager will join our Client Service team, working alongside colleagues and reporting into the Senior Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment and understand the trends and intricacies of working in this field.
The main purpose of the role is to be the main day-to-day contact working with our clients, our agency and our suppliers to deliver amazing results.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing an account portfolio by building and developing relationships with the client which encourages long term partnerships
- Having a thorough knowledge of the clients' business and sector by researching and then sharing knowledge across the agency
- Fostering productive relationships between the agency and the client by communicating clients’ needs clearly, accurately and empathetically
- Supporting and challenging client thinking where appropriate to deliver the right solution(s)
- Coordinating and overseeing all campaign activities to ensure successful delivery of client requirements to timescales and budget

The things we are looking for throughout the application process are:
- Previous experience of managing clients and stakeholders in a marketing setting
- Experience working in a media, creative or PR agency

What are we offering?
- The salary for this role is £30,000-35,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
- 23 holidays plus bank holidays
