HR & Business Support Executive
Audience Collective is a group of 8 specialist agencies working together to help ambitious brands outmanoeuvre their competition. Our group is one of the largest independent marketing groups in the UK and includes agencies across, brand, creative, media, web development, social, research, SEO, Higher Education and more.
We currently have a vacancy for a HR & Business Support Executive at Audience Collective based in our Leeds office
The HR & Business Support Executive will join our central team, working alongside HR and administration colleagues and reporting into the Group Head of People.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out general HR duties and have responsibility for office management across all offices.
You'll be responsible for:
- HR and People Management - managing HR processes and maintaining HR records, managing starters and leavers, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Day to day contact for HR queries in the Leeds office
- Agency Training programme – helping to administer a series of training events and learning modules for agency staff. Management of the internal appraisal system, keeping records up to date
- Employee Wellbeing programmes – assist with monitoring and evaluation
- Oversee health and safety in all sites ensuring compliance and all training is completed
- Office Management - Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining high standards to enhance operational efficiency. Manage keyholders and security access.
- Oversee facilities management, including supplier contracts, maintenance and cleaning schedules, liaising with suppliers as necessary
- Identify and source office equipment with a focus on cost-effective solutions
- Meet and greet visitors to the agency and facilitate large meetings, including managing catering options
- Handle telephone calls, redirecting them to the correct departments
- Manage office deliveries
- Assist in organising agency-wide events

What are we offering?
The salary range for this role is up to £30,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience. We would consider part-time hours for the right applicant.
